The name RITMOVIDA is a hybrid
of three passions: RITMO
(Rhythm); MOVIDA (Movement); and
VIDA (Life). Since its founding in 2000, the partnership has enjoyed bringing Alaskans together through Latin dance classes, performances, and other social events.

Ivan began studying dance in Magadan, Russia with Tanzgracia Dance Company at the age of six. He trained in International ballroom dancesport and has become a sought-after performer, instructor, and choreographer in the Magadan region. His joining Ritmovida Dance Partnership in 2004 was a happy reunion with his first dance partner Katya Kuznetsova.
